Please fill out each section to completion so my booking assistant Tammy can process your request. The quicker this step is done, the quicker we can begin our journey together.
Tammy will only answer questions regarding your screening information, booking logistics and investment/deposits.
All other questions including booking upgrades will be answered by me when we speak over the phone prior to our rendezvous for a “Connection Call”
Once your screening is approved, all bookings will require a transferable deposit to secure your selected time preference and receive my personal number to arrange a said phone call.
Please allot for 15 minutes in a private setting to speak with me. We have some juicy details to discuss.
Should either of us decide we aren’t a good fit to continue with the booking, $250 of your deposit will be considered a tip for our time spent getting acquainted. The other amount will be refunded immediately.
Now that the boring stuff is out of the way, I’ll be awaiting your information and promise to reward you handsomely for a job well done.
