1. Your generous donation is set in stone to reflect my outstanding level of companionship. Tips are always welcome and greatly appreciated.

2. I will always be well coiffed and luxurious in my appearance. A well manicured gentleman is appreciated as well! My fully stocked bathroom is available for freshening up upon arrival so don’t hesitate to ask.

3. Our time together is delicately carved out of both of our busy schedules, so please maintain a healthy awareness of your arrival and departure time. I extend a gracious 10 minute delay window to accommodate life’s little hiccups, however after that our time together starts.

4. My cancelation policy is listed below and on every email. Please communicate with me via email as soon as you have some alterations to our rendezvous. If I have to reschedule for any reason, I grant a 100 credit to be applied to our next event together.

5. Extended Rendezvous’ are my specialty. I’m happy to wrap dinner, drinks or dancing around our private time, for an additional donation, if properly mentioned prior to our meeting time.

6. My cell phone number is available to all gentlemen who have been screened. I so enjoy a brief phone chat prior to our meeting to get the first date jitters out.. After that, I will only reach out to you via email, to schedule a time to speak if needed. Your private world maintenance is very important to me and I respect your life outside of our time together. Please extend me the same consideration.

7. My incall is a special secret meeting place where you and I can enjoy our time together with great privacy and security. If for some reason you leave something behind, please contact me before coming by. I’m happy to return the item to you anyway that suits you.

8. Please discreetly hide my envelope on your person while on your way to my incall. I love love love gifts, so feel free to bring any with you. If you’d like to have flowers or gifts delivered, contact me for an address that works for those fun surprises.

9. I accept PayPal for deposits when our meeting is at least 7 days out. I also accept cash via overnight packages, should that be the best option for you. Just ask for the cash mailing instructions. Venmo and CashApp are available for existing friends.

10. Couples Rendezvous are the most fun, as long as all parties are aware of our plans. Please join forces with your partner when presenting screening information. Surprises are flirty and fun, however, all parties must be in a place of consent in order to book me.

11. While communicating via email, please feel free to share all PG rated details needed for my assistant Hanna to complete your screening. Should you have a rendezvous in mind with interesting and naughty dynamics, please mention the non traditional upgrade in your email. We can discuss all your wild plans via email or phone after your screening is completed.
